Shipping Policy

At Turpin Tails Energetics, all hair follicle testing services require the customer to mail in a sample for analysis.

• After purchase, you will receive full instructions and the shipping address for sending your dog’s hair sample.

• Customers are responsible for the cost of mailing their sample to the address provided.

• Samples should be taken as close to the skin as possible. Short-haired dogs may require a small shaved area.

• Package samples securely in a clean envelope or small zip bag to prevent contamination.

• Turpin Tails Energetics is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged mail, or for samples that arrive contaminated or improperly packaged.

• Testing begins once the sample has been received and logged. You will be notified by email and/or text when your results are ready.
